About Us.

	Chad Wall Chad is a Founding Partner of Harborside Lending Group as well as the principle owner of Wall Financial Group, LLC (strategic partner to Harborside Lending Group, Inc.). He has offered financial services to his clients since 1991 and combines his financial planning and mortgage expertise to assist his clients in choosing the best mortgage for their financial needs. He is a Washington State licensed Mortgage Broker as well as an independent Financial Advisor. He holds several NASD securities licenses as well as his Washington State insurance licenses, including life/disability/property and casualty. A graduate of the University of Montana (B.S. Business), he is a member of the Financial Planning Association and is pursuing certification as a Certified Financial Planner and Chartered Financial Consultant. In his off hours, Chad loves spending time with his wife and 3 children at their home in Maple Valley, WA.

	Ransom Cosper Founding Partner of Harborside Lending Group, Ransom is a graduate of Washington State University. He has extensive experience in the Mortgage and Real-Estate business. Ransom has built a strong knowledge base from V.P Marketing of a startup company, Advertising, and active Real-Estate Investor, just to name a few. He’s spent many years in the Mortgage Industry assisting a plethora of clients from all walks of life achieve their home buying dreams. Ransom lives in Redmond with his wife, Kristi and their two baby daughters, Kaia & Tessa. Outside of work, he is an avid Mountain Biker, Fly-Fisherman, Snowboarder, and Photographer. Furthermore, he and his wife love to travel and spend as much time in the outdoors.

	Doug Wagner Doug has 30 years of combined experience in real estate and mortgage lending. He spent 14 years as an Account Executive, Area Manager and Regional Manager for several national Lenders and brings considerable experience to Harborside Lending Group. He is the founder and designated broker for Real Estate Advantage, a local real estate company specializing in investment real estate and buyer brokerage. Doug’s focus is to provide his clients with solid guidance and conservative strategies to meet their financial goals, utilizing real estate and mortgage financing as an integral part of a comprehensive financial plan.
