At Harborside Lending Group, Inc. we are always seeking professionals who want the ability to offer more to their clients.  We want our representatives to be able to assist their clients with mortgage lending, investment advice and insurance products.  We are seeking employees for the following:

Loan Officers:

• We’re looking for an energetic, self-starting professional with the drive, determination, and proven experience to assist our clients with mortgage loans
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field or equivalent work experience
• Loan Originator License with the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions (this may also be obtained during the first 90 days of employment)
• Proven track record with 1 year minimum experience in the lending industry
• Strong analytical and mathematical abilities
• Strong oral and written communication abilities
• Ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks

Loan Officer/Financial Representative:

• We’re looking for Loan Officers or Financial Advisors who want to broaden their business into other aspects of financial planning
• We will train and assist with obtaining the desired licensing (loan originator license, NASD security licensees, insurance licenses, etc.)
• NASD Series 6 or 7, 63 and 65 or the desire to attain these
• Loan Originator License with the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions (this may also be obtained during the first 90 days of employment)
• Washington State Life/Disability Insurance License or the desire to attain these
• Proven track record with either mortgage, financial services or insurance sales
• You must have the drive to learn multiple disciplines and take on multiple tasks
• 1 year minimum experience in one of the following area’s required: loan originating, securities and investment sales and/or insurance sales

Processor / Office Assistant (Part-time)

• HLG is looking for a hard working, energetic and knowledgeable person to process and assist our loan officers and advisors with closing loans
• Assist in the day to day office responsibilities
• Submit files to Investors for underwriting and assist in satisfying all conditions
• Prepare closing documents
• 1+ years experience
• This is a part time positions with a flexible schedule
